Catering Partnership’s ‘responsiveness’ secures maintenance contract with Booths Supermarket
Catering Partnership has been contracted to provide scheduled and reactive maintenance for the warewashing equipment in every Booths store and site across the Northern counties.
Known for its attractive stores, excellent customer service and local supplier relationships, upmarket grocer chain Booths has established itself a loyal customer base. Along with its 29 supermarkets located across Lancashire, Cheshire, Cumbria and Yorkshire, the company also has headquarters and distribution sites in Northern England.
Each site has its own commercial kitchen facilities to cater for both staff and customers, which periodically receive ventilation cleaning from Preston-based Northernshire.
In 2014 Northernshire acquired Catering Partnership, a leading expert in the installation and servicing of catering equipment for over 40 years.
Thanks to regular client communications, Estates Administrator at Booths Deborah Sharples was introduced to the Catering Partnership team at a time when the company was reviewing its maintenance of its Winterhalter commercial dishwashers.

As a result, Catering Partnership are now contracted to provide both planned and reactive maintenance for of all counter and café dishwashers at Booths.
