Key responsibilities at Catering Partnership: I am involved with repairs to machines in working kitchens and the installation of new appliances and kitchens
Describe a typical day working at Catering Partnership: I receive my jobs the evening before and plan a route for the next day. If there are parts to fit in will head into the office around 8 am and the head out on the road. We will call into the office twice during the day to check for and updates and to advice the service team of our progress
The best thing about my job is: meeting new people every day and being able to diagnose a problem and bring the appliance back to working order
Outside work, my time is spent: mountain biking and traveling plays a big part, I’m lucky enough to be able to fit most things in I guess. I don’t think I can ever sit still. I have too many projects on the go and run out of hours in the day normally
My life-long ambition is: something that changes every week. I think every skill I learn changes my idea of where I want to be in the future. Living in the lakes and living comfortably enough to enjoy my time off are a pretty good start
Something nobody at Catering Partnership knows about me: I lived with a toothbrush and an alarm clock in my pocket for a year in South America because I never knew where I would stay most nights
