Key responsibilities at Catering Partnership: Increasing sales and developing new and existing business opportunities, plus comparing and implementing synergies between Catering Partnership and sister company Northernshire.

Describe a typical day working at Catering Partnership: Too early to say at the moment, as I’m working my induction and only 3 days into the job.

The best thing about my job is: the obvious opportunities out there along with the apparent job variation.

Outside work, my time is spent: enjoying the finer arts of Crown Green Bowling, I have never been beaten by so many octogenarians before in my life!

My life-long ambition is: to live long and prosper.

Something nobody at Catering Partnership knows about me: I once auditioned for “The Voice” – and failed miserably.

What’s your favourite phrase or mantra: “Everyone in the organisation must support the customer or support someone that does.”

The key to great customer service is: communication.  Whether it’s good news or bad, always keep the customer informed.
