The best thing about my job is: It sounds like a cliché, it’s genuine when I say we have acquired a great bunch of team players and I get to work with them daily. You really get to know people when things aren’t going quite as planned.

Outside work, my time is spent: Teaching Pilates, Mountain Biking, Running, Mentoring Business Start-ups, and Coffee.

My life-long ambition is: This implies I’ve not done it yet, if there is something I have a desire to do then I’ll simply do it.

Something nobody at Catering Partnership knows about me: Most of my childhood and teenage years were spent living in South Africa.

What’s your favourite phrase or mantra: We create life by living it…. Not agonising over it.
